The New You Program

There are many behavior modification programs available, and the research shows that this is the most successful way of losing weight and keeping it off. 

This is not a diet program that one can join to lose a small amount of weight and then revert back to old habits and gain it back. A prospective member must be over 18 years of age, have between 20 and 100 pounds to lose to be eligible to join The New You Program, a willingness to commit to weekly scheduled meetings, and have a general basic understanding of good nutrition. They must also have the ability to use text messaging to send homework assignments and weekly pictures of one’s weight on the scale. A mandatory weekly food journal that logs in calories as well as varying behaviors associated with eating and exercising is required. Lifelong changes are taught to maintain the healthy benefits achieved through our program.

We elaborate on this concept by stressing the importance of accountability along with modifying behaviors to give you more control regarding a variety of activities related to a healthier lifestyle.  You will be tracking your current eating habits and slowly changing them into better eating habits to live by.  We will show you how changing your eating and thinking behaviors will change your whole life as you start to become The New You.
