Join The New You Program
Application
We’re very excited to have you join our program. You’ve taken the first step and we look forward to being a part of your New You journey.
Once we have received your application and you have been approved, we will contact you to inform you when the next class session will start. At that time we will provide the New Member Handbook which will provide the tools you need to succeed in The New You Program.
There is a $25 application fee and then a monthly fee of $20 per month, all payable through PayPal using your PayPal account or most major credit cards. You can also choose to download our application to fill out and mail to us with your payment.
A $25 Application Fee must accompany this application for the prospective member to be considered for acceptance into The New You Program. A refund will be provided if you are not accepted into the program. Checks can be made payable to TNYP and sent to 826 Kings Croft, Cherry Hill, New Jersey 08034 or paid by PayPal via website.
