The New You Program was created by Susan and Jeffrey Kaufman to spread the word about weight loss and maintenance using behavior modification techniques. The use of this method encourages healthy lifestyle changes, and we will provide the guidance to form new habits that will enable our members to maintain their loss permanently.

I have been maintaining a weight loss for over 26 years. I’ve been in many different programs through the years and found that using behavior modification to change the way I approach my eating habits and make lifestyle choices has been life changing. I have taken this knowledge that I learned, added to it, and I’m excited to present my new program to people who are ready to take control of their lives and join me in this awesome journey.

I have also struggled throughout my life both losing and gaining weight over the years. However, once Susan became involved with behavior modification, I learned the importance of getting in control of my own eating habits, and I started living a healthier lifestyle myself. Over the years I encouraged and supported Susan in her maintenance efforts and, as a result, have maintained my own weight loss. We have worked together to launch this program, and we look forward to sharing it with you.

How TNYP Works
Through weekly meetings, private weigh-ins and meal/activity logging, The New You Program will help you reach and maintain your weight goals. With our time-tested, step-by-step approach, we will guide and encourage you throughout your journey. What’s most special with the program is the support system that develops camaraderie between members with the same aspirations and goals.
