Behavior Modifications

There are seven behavior modifications that will be slowly introduced as you progress through the initial months of the program. These modifications will lead to better lifestyle choices and help you become The New You!

Weekly Meetings

This is where you will connect with your group and group leader, discuss your struggles and successes that week, weigh-in and charge up! We meet weekly either in person or through Zoom.

When you join

The New You Program,

 we will provide:

  • All paperwork including Food Diaries for all members.
  • A scale for in-person meetings.
  • Fully collated Start-up Kits for new members. (While virtual meetings are being held, Handbooks will be delivered directly to the new members by TNYP which will include all paperwork needed for the first 14 weeks of the program).
  • Seven Modifications to change the habits you currently follow.
  • Fully collated Back-to-Basics packets for use with the B2B Safety Net.
  • Weekly support meetings to discuss challenges and share positive experiences.
  • Interactive website for logging in Food Diary details and connecting with your leaders.
